Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible products purchased on our website and is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Warranty Duration
We provide a 3-month (90-day) warranty from the delivery date of your order.
Warranty coverage starts on the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects under normal, intended use, such as:
- Defective stitching or seams
- Material defects that affect normal use of the product
- Defects in construction that are not caused by installation errors, misuse, or external damage
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover issues caused by, related to, or resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Incorrect installation or installation not following instructions
- Use of harsh chemicals, cleaners, solvents, or improper care products
- Cuts, burns, scratches, damage caused by pets, or other accidental damage
- Moisture exposure, mold/mildew, odors, or improper storage conditions
- Commercial use (including taxi, rideshare, fleet, or car-sharing use)
- Any alteration, modification, trimming, cutting, or repair performed by anyone other than us
Any modified or altered product is not eligible for warranty support.
Fitment and Vehicle Information (Custom Products)
Our products are made for specific vehicles and configurations. Customers are responsible for providing correct vehicle details when ordering.
Fitment concerns (for example, an item not fitting as expected) are handled under our Refund Policy and must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery.
What We Will Do (Warranty Resolution)
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement (we will manufacture and ship a replacement item)
- Partial refund
We cover shipping costs for approved warranty cases.
In some cases, we may request that the item be returned for inspection. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or video showing the issue
- Photos of the packaging (especially if there was visible damage on arrival)
- A detailed explanation of the issue and how/when it occurred
We will review your request and respond with the next steps. If additional information is needed to evaluate the claim, we will let you know.
Refund Method (If Applicable)
If a partial refund is approved, it is typically issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
