We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.
We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ships from the same location such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia etc... It may take anywhere from 7-21 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.
In certain unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than the usual delivery time. This could be due to:

- Due to the peculiarity of the location of the country to which the delivery is carried out;

Customised products
Customised products (such as car mats, seat covers) are dispatched after they have been manufactured. Manufacturing starts the day after the order is placed. They can take from 3 to 10 business days to produce.

How can I track the status of my order?
After we have shipped your order, an email update will be sent titled "A shipment from order #******* is on the way". You will find your tracking number and information inside this email.

Customs & Tariffs
In the circumstance that taxes, tariffs or a handling cost are required, it will be your responsibility to make payment prior to receiving the goods. Please note, if payment is not made for whatever reason, your order will be returned and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
