While our production time typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days, and delivery ranges from 20 to 30 business days, the observance of Chinese New Year could lead to extended shipping durations.
We anticipate that delivery timelines may be further affected; most packages are expected to be delivered within 30 to 45 business days from the shipping date, while in extreme cases, it might take up to 58 business days.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES:
We will provide a refund or replacement as soon as possible if any package is lost for a lengthy period of time and the carrier fails to contact us or can not track it.
We monitor all packages every day and any problems are submitted for review to our shipping partners. Some of our shipping partners might take longer than usual to track lost or delayed packages.
An investigation update from our shipping partners is necessary for us to process a replacement or refund as the vast majority of packages will have their shipping status updated and be successfully delivered after an investigation has been opened by the shipping company.
